These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Peacock Web Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), a web design and digital marketing company based in Central Florida. By engaging our services or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms.
Peacock Web Studio provides website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and related digital marketing services to local businesses. The specific scope of services for each client is outlined in a separate project agreement or invoice.
Our standard billing structure is as follows:
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by applicable law.
To complete your project on time, you agree to:
Upon full payment of all setup fees, you own the content and design of your website. We retain the right to display your site in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Custom code, templates, and backend systems developed by Peacock Web Studio remain our intellectual property but are licensed to you for use on your website for as long as your account remains active.
Monthly maintenance fees cover hosting, security updates, minor content changes, and technical support. This does not include major redesigns, additional pages beyond the agreed scope, or third-party service fees (such as domain registration).
If monthly fees are not paid within 15 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend your website until payment is received.
You may cancel your monthly maintenance plan at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation:
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your project or inquiry. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by project stage.
Peacock Web Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for third-party service outages (hosting providers, domain registrars, Google, etc.) that may affect your website's availability.
Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, lead volume, or business results from your website. We will build a high-quality, optimized site — but results depend on many factors outside our control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lake County, Florida.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
